About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end technical responsibility and management of 5–10 enterprise customer relationships
Act as a trusted advisor for platform usage, integration best practices, and architectural decisions
Translate complex customer requirements into actionable feature requests and contribute to shaping the product roadmap
Align business requirements with product capabilities and proactively drive adoption
Coordinate technical escalations with Solution Engineering, Support, and Product teams
Lead technical QBRs, integration reviews, and workshops to align on the roadmap
Monitor platform health, usage, and KPIs, and derive recommendations for improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent qualification
More than 5 years of experience in enterprise e‑commerce, with SaaS platforms, or in digital consulting
Proven experience in technical customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant
Strong understanding of e‑commerce architectures including storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, and ERP integrations
Familiarity with headless commerce and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native)
Strong skills in reading architecture diagrams and API documentation, and working with REST, GraphQL, and webhooks
