About the role
- Own end-to-end technical responsibility and management of 5–10 enterprise customer relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor for platform usage, integration best practices, and architectural decisions
- Translate complex customer requirements into actionable feature requests and contribute to shaping the product roadmap
- Align business requirements with product capabilities and proactively drive adoption
- Coordinate technical escalations with Solution Engineering, Support, and Product teams
- Lead technical QBRs, integration reviews, and workshops to align on the roadmap
- Monitor platform health, usage, and KPIs, and derive recommendations for improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- More than 5 years of experience in enterprise e‑commerce, with SaaS platforms, or in digital consulting
- Proven experience in technical customer-facing roles such as TAM, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce architectures including storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, and ERP integrations
- Familiarity with headless commerce and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native)
- Strong skills in reading architecture diagrams and API documentation, and working with REST, GraphQL, and webhooks
