About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product rules, price rules, bundles, and approval flows
Manage quote-to-cash workflows, including contract generation and e-signature integrations
Serve as the primary point of contact for CPQ end users
Provide troubleshooting, enablement, and documentation
Own requirements intake for incoming Salesforce administrative requests
Gather requirements, scope complexity, and route or prioritize work
Handle and resolve low-complexity Salesforce configuration requests directly
Use and evolve AI-assisted tooling for requirements gathering, documentation, and solution scoping
Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and other Salesforce administrators to move requests from intake to resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, including CPQ configuration in a production environment
Salesforce Administrator certification required
Hands-on Salesforce CPQ configuration experience with product rules, price rules, bundles, and approval flows
Experience with quote-to-cash workflows and contract/e-signature tools such as DocuSign or SpotDraft
Strong requirements-gathering and scoping skills
Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear, actionable tickets
Experience owning a process end-to-end from intake through routing and prioritization
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (nice to have)
Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification or CPQ implementation experience (nice to have)
Broader Salesforce declarative configuration experience, including Flow, validation rules, and permission sets (nice to have)
Experience supporting Sales, Marketing Operations, or RevOps stakeholders directly (nice to have)
Familiarity with AI-assisted requirements-gathering or documentation tools (nice to have)
