Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and enhance the customer onboarding experience and set up systems owned by the Customer Journey team.
Build and scale backend services within the Multi-Product Platform division.
Automate manual steps in the onboarding process and help decouple downstream systems from the onboarding pipeline.
Work across APIs, backend services, and data workflows to solve technical challenges related to customer provisioning at scale.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience as a software engineer with a strong foundation in coding and problem-solving.
1+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python or Golang, with exposure to cloud-native environments.
Solid understanding of databases, REST APIs, and data pipelines.
Familiarity with LLMs and AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude.
Experience working individually as well as in groups on a regular basis.
Experience working with distributed teams, proficient in asynchronous and written communication.
Experience building features and components from scratch and operating them, balancing feature development with operational tasks.
