About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies, integrating campaigns across multiple channels;
  • Produce offline marketing materials (billboards, flyers, print ads, radio, etc.);
  • Plan and coordinate in-person events, site visits to developments, and promotional activities;
  • Create performance reports and dashboards (KPIs, conversions, CAC, CPL, ROI);
  • Conduct market research and competitor monitoring;
  • Collaborate with commercial, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment of activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in offline marketing.
  • Experience in the real estate sector, land developments, or property development.
  • Experience managing and executing events and product launches.
  • Ability to manage projects, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical, organized, creative, and results-oriented profile.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM.
  • Basic knowledge of photography, video, or briefing graphic materials.
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing, SEO, and sales funnels.
