About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of AE experience in a technical, high-growth environment, ideally within developer tooling.
- A consistent track record of hitting or exceeding target, alongside a demonstrated ability to generate your own pipeline.
- Comfort being in the room with a CTO and holding your own in technical and commercial conversations alike.
- Comfort building relationships and credibility across engineering and other teams in a scale up environment.
- A consultative, customer-first approach focused on solving real problems rather than just closing deals.
- Genuine use of AI tools in your day to day workflow, for research, outreach, pipeline management or other tasks.
- Coachability and self awareness, taking feedback well and always looking for ways to improve.
