Backend Engineer

• Lead engineering efforts for greenfield product builds from idea to live product.
• Support technical decision-making on architecture, stack, scalability, and deployment.
• Work hands-on in Next.js and Python, owning frontend, backend services and integrations.
• Deploy and maintain systems in cloud environments (AWS, Docker, Heroku, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and growth to test, learn, and iterate fast.
• Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities that create user and platform value.
• Contribute directly to business strategy by connecting tech decisions to MRR outcomes.
