About the role

  • Managing, nurturing, and growing a portfolio of client partnerships, including steering value creation, partner development strategy, overseeing a team of consultants, and financial management of topline revenue
  • Working with inbound prospects to shape deals, position Able services, and close new project opportunities
  • Being part of Able's Executive Leadership team and shaping Able as we grow, bringing new ideas and leading initiatives
  • Overseeing the Strategic Consulting practice, shaping the vision, growing and nurturing a team of consultants, career growth definition, and training
  • This position is 100% remote within the United States; travel within the US may be required

Requirements

  • Fluency with software development lifecycle; Experience in a leadership commercial role, shepherding teams building and deploying software
  • Experience building and leading teams implementing AI into companies to drive performance and competitive advantage. Experience navigating client environments to identify opportunities for AI implementation, and an ability to shape solutions that drive forecastable value.
  • Experience nurturing client relationships to add new service lines and increase the value created. Proven track record of growing portfolios above $10M in annual revenue.
  • Commercial acumen to shape deals to deliver mutual benefit to the client and professional services employer.
  • Experience nurturing a group of consultants to develop their craft, while they serve the needs of the business.
  • Experience being a part of a leadership team in a fast-growing and adaptive environment.
