• Implement various methods for e-learning and online training on the platform
• Create and test new course templates and workshop templates
• Analyse and evaluate organisational and individual development needs
• Arrange and attend meetings and discussions for training ideas
• Work closely with managers, mentors and HR for development
• Identify and evaluate new techniques and examine results after execution
• Establish an e-learning development center in Moodle
• Create engaging training course content (videos, quizzes, activities, H5P, etc.)
• Conduct skills gap analyses company-wide and set learning objectives
