About the role
- Implement various methods for e-learning and online training on the platform
- Create and test new course templates and workshop templates
- Analyse and evaluate organisational and individual development needs
- Arrange and attend meetings and discussions for training ideas
- Work closely with managers, mentors and HR for development
- Identify and evaluate new techniques and examine results after execution
- Establish an e-learning development center in Moodle
- Create engaging training course content (videos, quizzes, activities, H5P, etc.)
- Conduct skills gap analyses company-wide and set learning objectives
- Determine evaluation criteria and deliver byte-sized weekly project outcomes
- Participate in portfolio submissions, evaluations, and possible interviews
Requirements
- Bsc/BA in Business Administration or Psychology (Masters preferred)
- 0-1 year work experience
- Amicable with e-Learning platforms & practices
- Confident in oral and non-oral communication
- Interpersonal skills for helping people learn and grow
- Knowledge about IT and spreadsheet work
- Good understanding of course creation tactics
- Well versed in MS Word and Excel (hands-on speed)
- Ability to think strategically and multitask
- Must have a laptop or phone with proper Wi-FI communication
- Must be available in the virtual office everyday from 11AM - 5PM (or chosen internship slot)
- Expected to spend 10 to 15 hrs a week (for typical internship engagement)
