About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the senior relationship owner for assigned national accounts.
Build executive-level partnerships that drive long-term growth.
Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with company objectives.
Communicate pricing programs, growth initiatives, and performance expectations clearly to field leadership.
Develop and execute strategic, data-driven account growth plans.
Identify white space opportunities and drive product penetration.
Collaborate with key vendor partners to align on growth objectives and strategic initiatives.
Lead high-level contract negotiations and renewals.
Align operations, finance, marketing, supply chain, and vendor partners to deliver best-in-class execution.
Represent the company at national events, trade shows, and strategic meetings.

Requirements
