About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review new accounts from sales and government pipelines, conduct initial research, and gather all required documentation to begin onboarding.
Configure policies and workflows within the ABC Legal platform based on client needs.
Document customized processes and ensure accurate setup before go-live while coordinating with internal teams.
Partner with clients during pre-onboarding (including RFPs) to define success metrics, document goals, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding.
Lead discovery meetings, manage expectations, and provide consistent status updates from contract through activation.
Ensure a smooth transition to account management by delivering a detailed account briefing and facilitating a formal client introduction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in project management, client onboarding, customer success, or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to build client relationships and manage expectations
Experience with CRM and project management tools
Background in legal services, government contracts, or process-driven environments (preferred)
Familiarity with legal operations, court filing, or process serving (preferred)
Experience working cross-functionally with sales and account management (preferred)
