About the role
- Manage client appointments pre-qualified by the client advisor, via videoconference or by phone
- Understand prospects' needs and propose a tailored offer
- Assist clients in preparing their financing applications (CPF, France Travail…)
- Close the sale by providing consultative advice and personalized follow-up
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bac+2 (equivalent to a two-year post-secondary qualification), preferably in commerce or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 2 years, ideally in telephone sales
- Responsive and comfortable on the phone
- Strong customer service orientation with a consultative approach
- Organized, autonomous and able to manage priorities
- Comfortable with digital tools and management/CRM software
