About the role
- Manage administrative control and validation of LATAM sales
- Verify customer registration and account data
- Create, send, and track contracts using tools such as ClickSign
- Monitor billing and payments for the first three months of the contract
- Work closely with the Onboarding team
- Serve as the client's point of contact
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Finance, or related fields
- Fluent or advanced Spanish (required)
- Previous experience in administrative, commercial, customer support, or finance roles
- Familiarity with CRM and administrative systems (HubSpot, Tribes, ClickSign, or similar)
