About the role

  • Stand up and lead a centralized Revenue Intelligence team supporting GTM leaders with timely, trusted insights.
  • Build and govern the KPI framework spanning the full revenue lifecycle—from MQL to retention.
  • Design and manage reporting architecture and dashboards that guide performance and decision-making.
  • Own Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and governance across GTM systems (e.g., Salesloft, routing tools, attribution platforms).
  • Establish data governance, workflows, and operating rhythms to ensure data accuracy and systems reliability.
  • Lead the Sales Technology team: Salesforce admins, automation specialists, and technologists.
  • Manage system change control, prioritization, backlog, and sprint planning to reflect GTM strategy and field needs.
  • Partner with Finance, Product, Marketing Ops, and CS Ops on forecasting, planning, and lifecycle analytics.
  • Drive automation, reduce manual workload, and streamline workflows across the commercial stack.
  • Deliver predictive models for conversion likelihood, risk scoring, coverage planning, and customer success signals.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience across revenue analytics, sales technology, RevOps, or business intelligence leadership.
  • Proven track record owning Salesforce strategy and governance at scale.
  • Deep experience leading analytics teams and building commercial performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the full GTM lifecycle: demand, pipeline, sales, onboarding, and retention.
  • Operational mindset: can connect systems, data, and process to accelerate business performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence—able to translate complexity into clarity.
  • Experience reducing technical debt, enforcing governance, and driving adoption of new tools/processes.
  • A growth mindset and track record of building scalable functions in evolving, high-growth orgs.
