About the role
- Own the full Bookings → Revenue lifecycle, building SLAs and accountability for onboarding throughput and time-to-live metrics.
- Identify and resolve friction points between Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success that delay activation or hinder customer experience.
- Lead attach-rate strategy and expansion readiness, building plays and insights to support ARPU growth.
- Own pricing, packaging, and discount governance frameworks, partnering with Finance and Product.
- Establish clear guardrails and approval workflows that ensure deal quality and margin protection.
- Create a unified operating rhythm connecting GTM and post-sale functions around customer readiness.
- Build early-life health indicators in partnership with CS, Rev Intelligence, and Strategy teams.
- Translate onboarding performance and attach data into revenue forecasts and business planning inputs.
- Lead strategic programs to reduce onboarding churn, optimize handoffs, and accelerate value realization.
- Support Voice-of-Customer initiatives tied to product readiness, onboarding experience, and early customer health.
Requirements
- 10–15 years in Revenue Operations, CX, Customer Success, Onboarding, or GTM leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of the post-sale lifecycle, onboarding workflows, and early value realization.
- Experience managing pricing, packaging, discounting, and commercialization strategy.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen—able to connect insights to scalable action.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence outcomes across Sales, CS, Product, and Finance.
- Growth mindset and self-starter mentality; comfortable operating in evolving structures.
- Project management experience driving initiatives from concept through adoption is great to have.
- Background in Voice-of-Customer programs or onboarding experience design is great to have.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, onboarding/collaboration platforms, and lifecycle data tools is great to have.
- Prior success improving attach rates, onboarding throughput, or revenue recognition speed is great to have.
- Experience collaborating with geo-dispersed teams and aligning time zones across functions is great to have.
