About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and operate HR Operations for the U.S. employee population, partnering closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition & HR Operations.
- Drive consistent execution of global HR policies, procedures, and workflows, ensuring compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex employee and manager inquiries, delivering clear, compliant, and pragmatic guidance.
- Own end-to-end HR lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job and compensation changes, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across all HR systems of record.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure coordinated, timely, and compliant HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Operations, operating in a senior individual contributor capacity.
- Hands-on HiBob experience required, including workflow configuration and system ownership.
- Experience with Greenhouse or another enterprise ATS strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. HR operations and the full employee lifecycle; multi-state experience required.
- Global HR exposure is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and scale processes, not just operate or maintain them.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with accountability for outcomes, not just participation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data, reporting, audits, and data quality management.
- High attention to detail with a finance-grade standard for accuracy, controls, and compliance.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong judgment and a service-oriented mindset.
