About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and operate HR Operations for the U.S. employee population, partnering closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition & HR Operations.
  • Drive consistent execution of global HR policies, procedures, and workflows, ensuring compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex employee and manager inquiries, delivering clear, compliant, and pragmatic guidance.
  • Own end-to-end HR lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job and compensation changes, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across all HR systems of record.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure coordinated, timely, and compliant HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Operations, operating in a senior individual contributor capacity.
  • Hands-on HiBob experience required, including workflow configuration and system ownership.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or another enterprise ATS strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. HR operations and the full employee lifecycle; multi-state experience required.
  • Global HR exposure is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and scale processes, not just operate or maintain them.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with accountability for outcomes, not just participation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data, reporting, audits, and data quality management.
  • High attention to detail with a finance-grade standard for accuracy, controls, and compliance.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong judgment and a service-oriented mindset.
