About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Access and Reimbursement Training, focusing on the Rheumatology Field Reimbursement Manager organization
- Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions
- Represent Training & Development and Franchise Strategy in training programs and solutions
- Build relationships and credibility with key stakeholders
- Leverage existing Learning & Development platforms and content
- Communicate openly with stakeholders to achieve alignment
- Provide candid, specific verbal and written feedback to training participants
- Adapt coaching and training techniques to individual participant skill levels
- Develop Guest Trainers and/or Regional Field Trainers
- Integrate training activities into franchise team business plans
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects
- Assist with onboarding, development, and mentorship of other NFTs
- Execute with little guidance or direction from senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
- Proven experience developing and using critical learning/teaching platforms, including PowerPoint, Rise, Articulate, and iSpring
- Experience working within and utilizing an LMS
- 5+ years of field experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an Account Executive or Field Access Specialist
- Extensive knowledge of the medical buy-and-bill process
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting pharmaceutical products, such as CFR 210/211 and cGMP
- Prior experience leading projects with regional or national impact
- High-performing track record and strong understanding of what drives success in a commercial organization
- Ability to work with individuals at all levels of management to develop partnerships and align training with business strategy
- Ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that drive competitive advantage
- Master’s degree preferred
- Prior access and reimbursement experience with medical buy-and-bill products preferred
- Knowledge and exposure to health sciences, market access, and/or account management preferred
