About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and implement territory business plans aligned with brand objectives and business goals

  • Report to the District Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 6+ years of oncology, including solid tumors, sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations
  • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Consultative selling style that helps customers find solutions
  • Competitive selling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Must pass AbbVie’s background check
  • Must pass additional institution or health-facility screening where required, potentially including background checks, immunization, TB, HIV, hepatitis, and drug screening
  • Regular business travel by air or car required
  • Ability to drive a personal auto or company car or truck, or powered material-handling equipment
