About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience required
  • At least five years of experience required in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
  • Three or more years of pharmaceutical, health, or science industry experience preferred
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Ability to adapt selling approaches to customer styles and behaviors
  • Ability to develop sales strategies from customer insights
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment
  • Innovative problem-solving and strategic and critical thinking capabilities
  • In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency with business tools
  • Leadership and peer coaching experience
  • Documented success in leadership or support roles of increasing responsibility
  • Commercial pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • English proficiency verbally and in writing
  • Must satisfy applicable HCIR credentialing requirements and be in good standing or eligible to obtain credentials
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
  • Must meet safe driving requirements
  • Ability to drive a personal or company vehicle or powered material-handling equipment
