About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • In-person as well as virtual coverage for field sales vacancies
  • Use sales techniques to ensure positive results to assigned list of healthcare professionals
  • Verify and complete required data entry including details of the interaction
  • Manage daily sales call activity to optimize time and maximize achievement of sales objectives
  • Listen and respond appropriately to customer questions and needs
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and ensure clear, concise communication of product information
  • Complete all product and Compliance training and meet expectations
  • Process customer requests related to product samples and resources

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Up to 50-70% travel for in field coverage, national conferences, and training
  • Sales experience preferred / 0-2 years of relevant sales experience is required
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to articulate value on a consistent basis through creating positive customer interactions
  • Experience in the healthcare industry involving interaction with physicians and office staff preferred
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrating professional phone etiquette
