About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides accurate, timely, and unbiased medical information for assigned therapeutic area(s)
Responds to unsolicited inquiries from HCPs and consumers, and MI inquiries escalated from affiliates
Manages development, approval, and maintenance of global and region-specific medical/technical content response documents
Represents AbbVie MI at global and key scientific conferences
Independently performs literature searches and maintains understanding of product knowledge
Works cross-functionally to design medical information booths as required
Assists in providing solutions for delivering medical information uniquely
Creates and reviews dossier content for AbbVie reimbursement communications
Critically evaluates literature and adapts delivery for various audiences
Serves as mentor to peers
Identifies insights from MI inquiries and collaborates with colleagues for strategic solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, PA, Pharmacy, PhD in Health Sciences, or MD/DO program
Advanced degree preferred
3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or 6+ years of experience in health care related field preferred
Substantial understanding of relevant therapeutic area(s) required
Drug Information residency preferred
