About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide leadership and strategic direction for a 6-person MSL team
- Maintain active engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
- Ensure MSL stakeholder engagement plans are robust
- Conduct regular field co-rides and 1:1s with all direct reports
- Drive recruitment activities for new or replacement positions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree in health sciences or clinical discipline required
- A minimum of 5 years clinical, scientific/research, or pharma industry related experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills
- Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel regularly (approximately 50–60%)
