About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership and strategic direction for a 6-person MSL team
Maintain active engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
Ensure MSL stakeholder engagement plans are robust
Conduct regular field co-rides and 1:1s with all direct reports
Drive recruitment activities for new or replacement positions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced degree in health sciences or clinical discipline required
A minimum of 5 years clinical, scientific/research, or pharma industry related experience
Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills
Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to travel regularly (approximately 50–60%)
