About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for a 6-person MSL team
  • Maintain active engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
  • Ensure MSL stakeholder engagement plans are robust
  • Conduct regular field co-rides and 1:1s with all direct reports
  • Drive recruitment activities for new or replacement positions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree in health sciences or clinical discipline required
  • A minimum of 5 years clinical, scientific/research, or pharma industry related experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to travel regularly (approximately 50–60%)
