About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform all aspects of account management
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with corporate/senior management staff in key accounts
- Conduct regular interactions with district managers and representatives
- Collaborate across channels and stakeholders to uncover insights that drive business within assigned geography
- Advise sales and marketing management with appropriate direction on challenges
- Develop an annual business plan with goals and objectives to increase sales volume and market share
- Identify business opportunities and threats at the market level
- Share ideas and best practices
- Provide direction to area DMs and representatives on maximizing account executive initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
- 3+ Years of Health Science Field or Sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales
- In lieu of degree 8+ Years of Health Science Sales experience with minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical sales
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g. CFR 210/211, cGMP)
- Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas
- Excellent organizational/project management and demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements
