About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coverage, coding, managed healthcare, and/or market access in neuroscience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading field teams
  • Experience in eye care, specialty products, physician-administered therapies, buy-and-bill, or specialty pharmacy preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of reimbursement processes, payer policy, and access dynamics
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer situations with sound judgment
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Deep understanding of coverage, coding, billing, and reimbursement support processes
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned geography
