About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maximize site of care (SOC) opportunities in accordance with product labelling and strategic imperatives
  • Execute against defined MBOs
  • Provide overview of therapy and clinical procedures involved with infusion to assigned SOC customers/partners
  • Identify gaps in existing SOC networks and develop plans to expand SOC options
  • Pull through national partnership contracts at the local level
  • Develop business case to support contracts and manage contracts to ensure optimal results
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with SOC administrative leaders
  • Serve as lead point of contact with sales, patient services and reimbursement access functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 4 years pharma/medical industry experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with market access/site of care customer segments and reimbursement (commercial and government payers, billing/coding) with infused products required
  • Direct experience with identifying and activating sites of care in various infusion service areas
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with essential supervisory input
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to work within date-sensitive deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
