  • Complete post-call evaluations to continuously strengthen sales effectiveness
  • Address objections, concerns, and misunderstandings
  • Anticipate customer needs, expectations, and challenges
  • Create win-win outcomes for AbbVie and our customers
  • Develop and execute multichannel call plans
  • Build deep knowledge of customer needs, market dynamics, competitors, disease state, products, and clinical expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, business related field, or equivalent
  • Proven track record of success in sales performance within the Oncology therapeutic area, preferably in Gynecology/Brast/Ovarian/Woman Health Cancers.
  • Commercial pharmaceutical industry experiences such as physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care or marketing preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in selling and exceptional presentation skills.
  • Proactively identifies customer style / behavior and adapts quickly all aspects of selling approach.
  • Demonstrates (or willingness for) in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge and is recognized as an expert resource by all relevant stakeholders preferably in Oncology.
  • English language proficiency verbally and in writing
  • Residency within Lisbon area
