About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc.
- Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation
- Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns and gain logical calls to action
- Proactively aspire to serve customer needs, expectations and challenges
- Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics
- Continuously build understanding on customer needs, territory market landscape, and share market intelligence
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.Pharma/ M.Pharma/ BDS / B.Sc
- 6+ years of Sales experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector
- Good command over English language and scientific terminology
- Candidate with executive presence, excellent presentation skills and communication skills
