About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead field coaching strategies that improve execution quality, customer engagement, and commercial performance.
- Partner with field leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching actions.
- Provide candid, actionable feedback that supports individual and team development.
- Design and deliver franchise-specific training content, tools, and learning pathways aligned to business priorities.
- Coach and develop RSTs and other training partners to strengthen facilitation, coaching, and business impact.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align training priorities with business strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or equivalent experience or 2+ years of sales training, field coaching, or trainer experience
- Strong understanding of field execution, coaching, and commercial performance drivers
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
