Healthcare Ecosystem Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acts as the regional strategic Access Leader within the German Market Access organization.
- Responsible for designing and implementing innovative healthcare delivery/access projects.
- Optimizes patient pathways and actively engages relevant stakeholders.
- Develops and implements regional, product- and indication-specific care projects.
- Proactively expands and strengthens existing healthcare networks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in health economics, natural sciences, business/economics, or relevant equivalent professional experience.
- Professional competence in accordance with § 75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz, AMG).
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in Market Access, health policy, or a comparable role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid knowledge of the German healthcare system, reimbursement processes, and regulatory framework.
- In-depth understanding of health policy and legal frameworks governing the economic use of medicines.
- Experience in strategic, cross-regional collaboration with key decision-makers.
- Proven experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic skills and excellent project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
