Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary point of contact for Health Care Providers (HCPs) and patients
Provide subject matter expertise and best-in-class customer service for all inbound and outbound customer calls
Investigate and problem solve for patients experiencing escalated issues
Maintain an understanding of current business procedures
Document information in the appropriate system of record

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
2-4 years of work experience in a healthcare or reimbursement setting
Understanding and knowledge of commercial and government pharmacy and medical insurance programs
Experience and knowledge in Medicare Part D, Medicaid and alternate funding resources
Skilled with the use of Microsoft Office suite
