About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Health Care Providers (HCPs) and patients
  • Provide subject matter expertise and best-in-class customer service for all inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Investigate and problem solve for patients experiencing escalated issues
  • Maintain an understanding of current business procedures
  • Document information in the appropriate system of record

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2-4 years of work experience in a healthcare or reimbursement setting
  • Understanding and knowledge of commercial and government pharmacy and medical insurance programs
  • Experience and knowledge in Medicare Part D, Medicaid and alternate funding resources
  • Skilled with the use of Microsoft Office suite
