About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive for best-in-class study execution
  • Performance management of direct reports
  • Provide SMAs with the opportunity of professional success
  • Support business continuity, shifting needs, and organizational deliverables
  • Ensure awareness and adherence of direct reports to corporate and divisional policies
  • Contribute to the development of Quality Systems Documents (QSDs)
  • Develop and nurture relationships with direct reports and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree required, degree in health care or scientific field preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience
  • 6+ years of relevant study operations management and people management experience
  • At least (3) years of direct people management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt easily to rapidly changing needs
  • Experience in drug development/clinical operations including an advanced working knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines
