About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive for best-in-class study execution
Performance management of direct reports
Provide SMAs with the opportunity of professional success
Support business continuity, shifting needs, and organizational deliverables
Ensure awareness and adherence of direct reports to corporate and divisional policies
Contribute to the development of Quality Systems Documents (QSDs)
Develop and nurture relationships with direct reports and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree required, degree in health care or scientific field preferred
Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience
6+ years of relevant study operations management and people management experience
At least (3) years of direct people management experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt easily to rapidly changing needs
Experience in drug development/clinical operations including an advanced working knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines
