Key responsibilities & impact

Educate HCPs including bio coordinators and/or office staff on AbbVie patient support programs
Educate on product acquisition options such as specialty pharmacy networks and specialty distribution
Offer localized expertise on national and regional payer policies
Collaborate with AbbVie’s Access and Reimbursement Support Center
Establish and maintain professional relationships with providers within the assigned territory
Maintain current knowledge on managed care, reimbursement, and policy trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in immunology, or access and reimbursement
Exceptional territory and strategic account management abilities
Proven leadership record within current role
Functional knowledge of access and reimbursement support service centers
Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding and ability to communicate technical elements of coding and billing requirements at the National and Regional level
Demonstrated understanding of the rules, regulations and risks associated with provision of reimbursement support services
Ability to quickly build relationships and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
