About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the promotion of cutting-edge body contouring solutions
  • Build strong partnerships with healthcare providers
  • Deliver impactful training to accelerate adoption and success across your territory
  • Actively support the promotion and sale of all capital equipment & consumables within the CoolSculpting division
  • Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales
  • Provide training, presentations and demonstrations to the customer on application and use of the company’s products
  • Educate the customer regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of Company products
  • Support regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory for CoolSculpting
  • Maintain consistent communication with both the Head of Sales (Body Contouring) & National Sales Manager on all matters critical to the territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree (completed) or higher required.
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated success selling medical products, service & capital equipment to health care providers is preferred.
  • Direct customer experience with the aesthetic industry, dermatology and plastic surgeon audience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and support to achieve practice integration of the CoolSculpting & Body Contouring procedures.
  • Experience with consumables & device sales is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with all levels of employees in English.
  • Proficiency in French an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license issued by the province in which the individual resides, and a good driving record is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% to adequately cover the region including multi-overnight stays, tradeshows, and corporate/training meetings.
