About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers within your area
  • Enhance the adoption of the Facial Aesthetics Portfolio by working synergistically alongside medical, marketing, and clinical teams
  • Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Build and develop business relationships with customers
  • Design executable business plans for territory and key accounts aligned with cycle marketing strategy and promotional programs
  • Develop business opportunities utilizing AbbVie’s selling framework with new and existing clients
  • Conduct regular business plan/sales reviews, including market share analysis
  • Identify potential sales and marketing opportunities
  • Maintain account analysis profiles utilizing VEEVA
  • Keep accurate records of all customer visits and agreements
  • Utilise the digital sales aid to clearly articulate product key selling messages
  • Maintain high level of therapeutic knowledge of Allergan products
  • Proactively participate in Allergan’s WHS programs and adhere to policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Sales and Commerce advantageous
  • Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications within Science or Healthcare
  • Understanding of the selling cycle and territory management practices
  • Ability to learn the relevant human anatomy
  • Several years’ experience in a specialty representative selling role working within the pharmaceutical /healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
