About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop strategic plans in collaboration with accounts and key stakeholders
  • Align cross-functional teams and manage account planning
  • Facilitate coordination of effective regional meetings for field teams
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of client relationships
  • Identify areas of mutual interest between AbbVie and key accounts
  • Map decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Establish close, in-depth relationships with senior executives of key accounts
  • Serve as a liaison among cross-functional stakeholders and field teams
  • Effectively manage overall budget and resource allocation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing
  • Strong experience and solid knowledge of the oncology market
  • Experience in key account management is an asset
  • Strong understanding of strategic/institutional accounts in hemato-oncology preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding commercial targets
  • Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written
