About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop strategic plans in collaboration with accounts and key stakeholders
- Align cross-functional teams and manage account planning
- Facilitate coordination of effective regional meetings for field teams
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of client relationships
- Identify areas of mutual interest between AbbVie and key accounts
- Map decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Establish close, in-depth relationships with senior executives of key accounts
- Serve as a liaison among cross-functional stakeholders and field teams
- Effectively manage overall budget and resource allocation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing
- Strong experience and solid knowledge of the oncology market
- Experience in key account management is an asset
- Strong understanding of strategic/institutional accounts in hemato-oncology preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding commercial targets
- Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written
