About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and acquire new customers
- Provide scientific information, present and promote the product to neurologists and urologists in private practice and hospitals
- Design, organize and run educational events and continuing medical education
- Provide training for physicians in both practice and hospital settings
- Work closely with all functions of the field team
- Design, align and implement a territory plan within the field team
- Gather market information and customer insights and determine the customer’s position in the sales cycle
- Share responsibility for achieving regional targets
- Professional reporting: timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with all applicable role requirements as well as legal and regulatory obligations, including procedures and processes related to ethics and compliance and the Code of Business Conduct
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in a natural science, completed pharmaceutical sales representative training, or the required expertise under §75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz)
- Previous successful field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not mandatory
- Enthusiasm for the role and a desire for personal development
- Ability to present complex scientific information in a way that suits the target audience and to discuss it with diverse customer groups
- Strong persuasive skills and a closing-oriented personality with excellent communication abilities
- High level of agility and motivation to pursue and achieve goals
- Strong digital literacy and analytical skills combined with creativity
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive for success, including commitment to your own development within the company
- Flexibility, willingness to work, and team spirit
- Very good written and spoken English
- You are enthusiastic, empathetic, and enjoy sales.
