Focus on creating, building, and executing end-to-end sourcing strategy

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3 years of professional recruitment, contingent and/or retained search experience, preferably in pharmaceutical operations/manufacturing
Progressive CRM experience Preferred
Strong experience in successful screening, initial contact, prescreening, and interviewing
Ability to create and execute talent strategy for critical roles
Understanding of lead generation techniques such as cold calling and internet mining
Experience utilizing innovative search techniques to develop talent map/name generation
