About the role
- Manage the Dermatology sales team across Australia
- Develop and execute national sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Inspire and direct the activities of the national sales group for the achievement of business objectives
- Implement and coach sales team in the understanding and adoption of the “Challenger” model
- Proactively target key customers to reach brand and sales team goals
- Develop and manage the expense budget within plan by allocating monies appropriately
- Actively seek and present new business opportunities to senior management
- Effectively manage agreed projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion
- Recruit, retain, and develop team members
Requirements
- Tertiary Qualifications in a science, business or management discipline or equivalent
- Comprehensive industry knowledge within pharmaceuticals with experience in Dermatology highly regarded
- Strong customer and patient focus
- Exemplary leadership skills with proven success in driving high performing teams in a multichannel environment
- Coaching skills, with a focus on coaching for maximum performance
- Strong analytical skills
- High influence and negotiation skills with a results orientation
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- High emotional intelligence, with strong resilience and adaptability skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
