About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the Dermatology sales team across Australia
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Inspire and direct the activities of the national sales group for the achievement of business objectives
  • Implement and coach sales team in the understanding and adoption of the “Challenger” model
  • Proactively target key customers to reach brand and sales team goals
  • Develop and manage the expense budget within plan by allocating monies appropriately
  • Actively seek and present new business opportunities to senior management
  • Effectively manage agreed projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion
  • Recruit, retain, and develop team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Tertiary Qualifications in a science, business or management discipline or equivalent
  • Comprehensive industry knowledge within pharmaceuticals with experience in Dermatology highly regarded
  • Strong customer and patient focus
  • Exemplary leadership skills with proven success in driving high performing teams in a multichannel environment
  • Coaching skills, with a focus on coaching for maximum performance
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High influence and negotiation skills with a results orientation
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
  • High emotional intelligence, with strong resilience and adaptability skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
