About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maximize business opportunities with approved on-market products for the Parkinson’s Franchise.
Report to the Regional Sales Director, Parkinson's, while managing 6-8 Account Executives.
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with Movement Disorder Specialists and Health Care Professionals.
Implement franchise goals and drive sales.
Hire and develop talent and create a positive patient-focused team environment.
Attend neurology society meetings and actively participate in conferences and events.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business
Ability to examine business environment and develop/execute in response to market opportunities.
Must satisfy all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into facilities.
