About the role
- Maximize business opportunities with approved on-market products for the Parkinson’s Franchise.
- Report to the Regional Sales Director, Parkinson's, while managing 6-8 Account Executives.
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with Movement Disorder Specialists and Health Care Professionals.
- Implement franchise goals and drive sales.
- Hire and develop talent and create a positive patient-focused team environment.
- Attend neurology society meetings and actively participate in conferences and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
- Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business
- Ability to examine business environment and develop/execute in response to market opportunities.
- Must satisfy all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into facilities.
