About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the sales strategy and execution for the region
- Manage and track top-line performance
- Lead and develop a team of 7 - 10 sales representatives
- Coordinate with sales teams for aligned strategies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize engagement
- Support business owner relationships with regional strategic accounts
- Lead regional pod meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree Required
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years of sales and sales management experience, marketing experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of the aesthetics industry
- Experience in a direct sales/cash environment (B2B)
- Experiences such as physician/account-based selling, training, marketing, business development are desirable
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
