Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively seeks out strategic business opportunities with high-level business unit executives
Provides advice, assistance, and leadership in planning, procurement, and effective business use of information systems
Analyzes business processes; elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements; identifies alternatives and makes recommendations
Translates business requirements into functional requirements; performs data and process modeling; manages change; leads testing and validation of requirements
Works directly with business unit clients to understand specific business processes and drivers
Investigates capabilities of patient CRM systems and evaluates salesforce technology solutions
Develops business relationships and integrates activities with other regional stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree with 7 years’ experience or Master's Degree with 6 years’ experience or PhD with 2 years’ experience
5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager with Salesforce CRM based solutions
Proven experience with Agile methodologies, and Scrum or Kanban frameworks
Proven experience collaborating with engineering and design teams spread across the globe
3+ years’ experience as a people leader/manager
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights that drive the business forward
Fluent in English as AbbVie’s designated global business language
