About the role

  • Proactively seeks out strategic business opportunities with high-level business unit executives
  • Provides advice, assistance, and leadership in planning, procurement, and effective business use of information systems
  • Analyzes business processes; elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements; identifies alternatives and makes recommendations
  • Translates business requirements into functional requirements; performs data and process modeling; manages change; leads testing and validation of requirements
  • Works directly with business unit clients to understand specific business processes and drivers
  • Investigates capabilities of patient CRM systems and evaluates salesforce technology solutions
  • Develops business relationships and integrates activities with other regional stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7 years’ experience or Master's Degree with 6 years’ experience or PhD with 2 years’ experience
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager with Salesforce CRM based solutions
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies, and Scrum or Kanban frameworks
  • Proven experience collaborating with engineering and design teams spread across the globe
  • 3+ years’ experience as a people leader/manager
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights that drive the business forward
  • Fluent in English as AbbVie’s designated global business language
