About the role
- Proactively seeks out strategic business opportunities with high-level business unit executives
- Provides advice, assistance, and leadership in planning, procurement, and effective business use of information systems
- Analyzes business processes; elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements; identifies alternatives and makes recommendations
- Translates business requirements into functional requirements; performs data and process modeling; manages change; leads testing and validation of requirements
- Works directly with business unit clients to understand specific business processes and drivers
- Investigates capabilities of patient CRM systems and evaluates salesforce technology solutions
- Develops business relationships and integrates activities with other regional stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 7 years’ experience or Master's Degree with 6 years’ experience or PhD with 2 years’ experience
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager with Salesforce CRM based solutions
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies, and Scrum or Kanban frameworks
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering and design teams spread across the globe
- 3+ years’ experience as a people leader/manager
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights that drive the business forward
- Fluent in English as AbbVie’s designated global business language
