About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Territory Managers to provide case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients
- Serve as the primary resource for clinical support, including surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education
- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products
- Inform customers about product, therapy, and technology developments
- Engage in clinical, procedural, and technical discussions and link outcome data to key messaging
- Meet with existing and potential healthcare-provider clients to identify clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care
- Provide creative and feasible clinical solutions
- Train interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff, and ancillary personnel on Structural Heart products
- Provide technical support to physicians during procedures
- Communicate product, clinical, and market data to appropriate personnel
- Support development and implementation of product marketing strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 9+ years of related cardiovascular work experience
- 3+ years of Structural Heart or Electrophysiology-specific clinical experience
- Verification that all vendor credentialing requirements will be satisfied, which may include COVID-19 vaccination
- Preferred: degree in life sciences or medical training such as RN, EMT, or Perfusion
- Strong clinical orientation
- Experience with products used in interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery
- Familiarity with echocardiology and other indirect imaging
- Ability to travel in excess of 50%
- Ability to support procedures, troubleshoot, educate customers, and engage with clinicians
