About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and execute Performance Verifications, End User Training, and Go Live Support within implementation cases
  • Complete administrative tasks promptly and accurately, including updating project notes and milestone dates in Summit and expense reporting
  • Understand customer needs and build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts
  • Articulate the benefits of point-of-care testing
  • Demonstrate key product attributes and conduct product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with lead IPMs and support successful implementation and verification of Abbott products
  • Engage key personnel to restructure customer processes to facilitate better patient care
  • Manage multiple assignments across geographies
  • Provide solutions and contingency plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or a related field
  • Associate degree with relevant experience is accepted as an alternative
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments across geographies
  • Strong organizational skills for planning and prioritization
  • Ability to provide solutions and contingency plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time, including overnight travel
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to develop professional customer relationships and demonstrate appropriate behavior
