About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and execute Performance Verifications, End User Training, and Go Live Support within implementation cases
Complete administrative tasks promptly and accurately, including updating project notes and milestone dates in Summit and expense reporting
Understand customer needs and build relationships with key stakeholders within accounts
Articulate the benefits of point-of-care testing
Demonstrate key product attributes and conduct product demonstrations
Collaborate with lead IPMs and support successful implementation and verification of Abbott products
Engage key personnel to restructure customer processes to facilitate better patient care
Manage multiple assignments across geographies
Provide solutions and contingency plans
Work independently and as a team member
Develop professional customer relationships
Convey information clearly and concisely
Present confidently to upper management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or a related field
Associate degree with relevant experience is accepted as an alternative
3 to 4 years of experience in the field
Ability to manage multiple assignments across geographies
Strong organizational skills for planning and prioritization
Ability to provide solutions and contingency plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
Willingness to travel 75% of the time, including overnight travel
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to develop professional customer relationships and demonstrate appropriate behavior
Motivation by personal and team success
Ability to convey information clearly and concisely
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Confidence presenting to upper management
Familiarity with Emergency Departments, Free Standing Emergency Departments, and Urgent Care Centers preferred
