About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze integrated delivery networks, healthcare ecosystems, and patient care pathways to identify opportunities improving clinical decision-making, patient access, and health outcomes
  • Develop and execute strategic account and business plans for health systems
  • Partner with physicians, administrators, and key stakeholders to optimize workflows, protocols, and systems of care
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with healthcare leaders, clinical stakeholders, and policymakers
  • Uncover unmet needs, drive advocacy, and support organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other internal partners
  • Implement health system strategies, align resources, and achieve business goals
  • Leverage market intelligence, healthcare data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and measure results
  • Adapt strategies and communicate actionable insights across the organization
  • Execute business activities ethically and compliantly while managing multiple priorities, delivering presentations, and fostering collaboration
  • Travel approximately 75% of the time across the assigned territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Science, or another related field
  • 6+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in healthcare, such as diagnostics, surgical, or pharmaceutical
  • 2+ years of experience navigating access to or selling through IDNs, health systems, or academic institutions in sales and/or marketing
  • Valid driver's license with no suspension, revocation, surrender, or invalid status
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time
  • Ability to continuously stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to drive a personal auto or company car or truck
  • Keyboard use for at least 50% of the workday
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull more than 20 pounds/9 kilos regularly/daily
