About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Manage regional sales activities, forecasts, CRM pipeline, and budgets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals.
- Collaborate with Technical Consultants and distributor partners to drive commercial success.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and customer agreements to meet revenue and margin goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key national and regional accounts.
- Monitor team performance, conduct business reviews, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Travel extensively (minimum 3 days per week) to support field teams and customer engagement.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Contracts & Pricing, and Training teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS/BBA with preferred concentration in sales, marketing, nursing, medical technology, or business.
- 8+ years of successful sales experience.
- 5+ years’ experience managing field sales team.
- Strong knowledge of strategic selling methods in the clinical market.
- Must meet vendor credentialing requirements, ability to work in physician and hospital settings.
- Diagnostics experience is preferred.
- Demonstrates adaptability in a changing organization and quickly embraces new processes, policies, and business initiatives.
