This is a highly visible role responsible for leading two strategic, multi-year Informatics transformation programs.
Accountable for end-to-end program delivery from concept through deployment.
Provide day-to-day program leadership, governance, and decision-making across two concurrent transformation programs.
Define program strategy, roadmap, milestones, resources, and success metrics.
Manage cross-functional collaboration across various teams.
Direct and oversee vendor and system integrator performance, including contracts, deliverables, and SLAs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems required.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-year transformation programs.
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with Salesforce or CRM transformation initiatives.
Strong vendor management and stakeholder leadership experience.
Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or diagnostics preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
