About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and enhance manufacturing data systems at our Casa Grande facility.
  • Serve as a key technical partner to Manufacturing Operations and Engineering.
  • Drive data integration, system performance, and digital transformation across the plant.
  • Develop manufacturing asset structures and enable data contextualization.
  • Ensure reliable, compliant, and scalable data systems that support operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with IT support team to maintain secured IT infrastructure for manufacturing operation.
  • Assist with manufacturing software system validation to be compliant with 21CFR part 11.
  • Assist with manufacturing data visualization and reporting needs.
  • Interface frequently with inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
  • Prepare written communication and convey information effectively.
  • Identify and quantify technical risks and their consequences relative to projects.
  • Provide occasional off-shift and weekend support for OT production systems, as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in IT, engineering, or manufacturing operations
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing IT systems
  • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods)
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve technical challenges
  • Familiarity with financial systems and controls.
