About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and enhance manufacturing data systems at our Casa Grande facility.
Serve as a key technical partner to Manufacturing Operations and Engineering.
Drive data integration, system performance, and digital transformation across the plant.
Develop manufacturing asset structures and enable data contextualization.
Ensure reliable, compliant, and scalable data systems that support operational excellence.
Collaborate with IT support team to maintain secured IT infrastructure for manufacturing operation.
Assist with manufacturing software system validation to be compliant with 21CFR part 11.
Assist with manufacturing data visualization and reporting needs.
Interface frequently with inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
Prepare written communication and convey information effectively.
Identify and quantify technical risks and their consequences relative to projects.
Provide occasional off-shift and weekend support for OT production systems, as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in IT, engineering, or manufacturing operations
Working knowledge of manufacturing IT systems
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods)
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve technical challenges
Familiarity with financial systems and controls.
