About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Promote demand and market share for the promoted products through visits to physicians and other key business customers.
  • Register and periodically evaluate the medical database assigned by the business unit, following the target and segmentation criteria proposed by the productivity area.
  • Promote ABBOTT medicines to the medical community by providing scientific information and product benefits within your therapeutic segment; discuss pathologies, clinical contexts and the advantages of the recommended medicines.
  • Plan visits, define engagement strategies, maintain follow-up, and use the tools adopted by the company; meet visit targets according to defined frequency and sequencing criteria, keep the company’s required controls and records, and prepare reports on your activities.
  • Visit pharmacies in your territory to collect information on inventory and sales of EPD products and assess distribution.
  • Attend congresses and medical events in your area of activity to optimize the medical database and strengthen relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders and medical societies with a business focus.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biomedicine, Pharmacy or related fields.
  • Experience with field routing/route planning.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Valid driver's license (CNH) required.
