Training Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define, execute, and govern the regional commercial training strategy and roadmap for CADR, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines, business priorities, and cross-functional integration across Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and other commercial areas.
- Drive consistent adoption and evolution of the Sales Model across countries, establishing training standards, certifications, governance, and KPIs to ensure high-quality execution and measurable impact in the field.
- Design and deploy scalable, role‑based learning curricula for Sales, District Managers, Trade Marketing, Marketing, new hires, and high‑potential talent, leveraging adult learning principles, blended learning models, and digital platforms.
- Build internal training capability by leading Train‑the‑Trainer programs and partnering with Medical, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams to integrate scientific, strategic, coaching, and facilitation excellence into learning experiences.
- Drive field adoption of training and the sales model through regular field visits, observation of sales execution, and assessment of real behaviors against expected standards.
- Strengthen coaching effectiveness and performance impact by providing structured feedback and coaching to District Managers, evaluating training outcomes through diagnostics and KPIs, and defining targeted action plans to close capability gaps.
- Partner directly with the General Manager, Country Managers, and functional leaders, leading Regional Training Manager meetings to review training execution and impact, share best practices across affiliates, agree on priorities and corrective actions, and ensure regional alignment while adapting to local market needs.
- Serve as the main training liaison with senior leadership, coordinating Regional Training Manager forums to evaluate program results, exchange best practices, set priorities, and align regional initiatives with local execution needs.
- Monitor training implementation, adoption, and effectiveness using clear metrics, ensuring certification of critical selling skills and continuously updating learning content based on market dynamics, competitive insights, and evolving business priorities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, health sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Medical Sales Representative.
- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, or facilitate training initiatives that support commercial or organizational performance.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, coaching fundamentals, and behavior‑change methodologies.
- Strong exposure to commercial processes, go‑to‑market strategies, or customer‑facing activities, either directly or through close collaboration with Sales teams.
- Fluency in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills required.
