About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the lead finance business partner for the Digital Health Solutions (DHS) Business Unit and the Service Organization across the Latin America and Canada Area.
Act as the primary finance advisor for the DHS and Service organizations in LAC, supporting full P&L ownership and driving disciplined growth.
Partner closely with Business Unit Directors, Area leadership, and country General Managers to evaluate business opportunities and trade-offs.
Lead area‑level financial planning and forecasting processes for DHS and Services.
Deliver clear, insightful, and executive‑ready analytics that highlight performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Serve as finance lead for key area strategic initiatives, including margin and gross margin improvement and cash flow optimization.
Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of financial results through strong controls and disciplined execution.
Directly manage and develop a Supervisor responsible for balance sheet forecasting, cash flow and capital planning, and managerial reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, accounting, or related finance roles.
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decision‑making.
Prior experience leading or developing other professionals.
MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Experience supporting commercial organizations, pricing, or investment decisions preferred.
Exposure to regional or multinational environments with matrixed stakeholders preferred.
Strong executive communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership preferred.
International and Commercial finance experience is a highly preferred.
