About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct strategic programs, market development, and business integrations to maximize revenue growth
- Develop and drive key programs for Cardiac products with field management
- Collaborate with upper-level Sales management and Marketing
- Recruit and manage a high performing team of sales professionals
- Develop education programs for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent
- 10+ years of progressively more responsible medical device or related sales experience
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience at an executive leadership/managerial level
- Advanced credential, such as an MBA in a relevant discipline/concentration preferred
- Experienced in Cardiology
- Thorough understanding of hospital systems
- Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership skills
- Expertise in verbal and written communication
